Frequently Asked Questions

  • Use CactusTracker as you normally would to add plants, create care schedules, receive reminders, and explore the app’s features. When you encounter a problem or have an idea, send us feedback through the app or by email.

    Include:

    • Test the app for approximately 10–15 minutes per week

    • Add at least two real cactus or succulents

    • Try watering, feeding, reminder, photo, and plant-profile features

    • Report bugs or confusing features

    • Complete a short feedback survey

  • Beta testing is expected to begin in August 2026 and continue for approximately four to six weeks. Selected testers will receive installation instructions by email.

  • You must be at least 18 years old, own a compatible iPhone or Android device, have access to email, and be willing to provide honest feedback. No technical experience is required.

  • Accepted testers who actively participate and complete the final feedback survey will receive one complimentary year of CactusTracker when the app officially launches. No credit card is required, and the subscription will not automatically renew into a paid plan.

  • Selected testers will receive an invitation and installation instructions by email. iPhone users will install CactusTracker through Apple TestFlight, while Android users will receive access through Google Play’s beta-testing program. No purchase or credit card is required.

  • Your contact information will only be used for CactusTracker beta-testing communications. Beta versions may collect basic technical information, such as app crashes, device type, and feature usage, to help us improve the app.

  • Submitting this form does not guarantee selection. Testers will be chosen based on device compatibility and the needs of the current testing group.
